Asian Masters 2012 – tickets up for grabs!


The third installment of Asian Masters returns from 1st to 30th November 2012, as a month-long celebration of the Cuisine, Culture, and Lifestyle of Asia.

With some of the biggest names in the culinary scene from Singapore and beyond, prepare your senses for a feast all through the month. Guest Chefs Susur Lee of Lee in Toronto, Thulasidaran Dayalan of Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Duangporn Songvisava & Dylan Jones of Bo.Lan in Bangkok, will come together with local bigwigs including Andre Chiang of Restaurant Andre, Daniel Sia of The Disgruntled Chef, Eric Neo of Intercontinental Hotels Group, Robin Ho of Prive Group and Tony Khoo of Mandarin Orchard Singapore.

The list goes on, and to top it off, these culinary masters will pair their cuisines for this month-long extravaganza with renowned beverage partners from the world over including Martell Cordon Bleu, Louis Roederer Champagne, Shui Jing Fang, Louis Latour, Cos d’Estournel, Egon Muller and JP Moueix.

Currently ongoing is also a Signature Selections Contest in which  attractive culinary prizes are up for grabs including dining vouchers from My Humble House and Creative Eateries, Mezza9’s famous Chocolate Pralines,  and tickets to the Masterchef Workshops to be held from 2-4 Nov at Great World City Atrium.

The Grand Prize up for grabs is a pair of tickets to The Treasure Dinner with Martell Cordon Bleu valued at more than $630. Tung Lok’s Senior Executive Chef Ken Ling and Executive Chef David Lieu have prepared a 7-course dinner specially for the evening, each carefully paired with what is arguably the world’ s most renowned cognac, Martell Cordon Bleu.
